FOR STANDARD SHIPPING ON LOCAL AND DOMESTIC ORDERS, PLEASE ALLOW 3-6 WEEKS FOR PROCESSING AND SHIPPING UNLESS THE ITEM IS LABELED "READY TO SHIP." FOR READY-TO-SHIP ITEMS, PLEASE ALLOW 1-3 DAYS FOR DISPATCH. MANY OF OUR PRODUCTS ARE MADE TO ORDER, AS WE STRIVE TO BE ECO-FRIENDLY AND AVOID WASTE. YOU WILL RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL WITH USPS TRACKING INFORMATION ONCE YOUR ORDER HAS SHIPPED.

FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS, SHIPPING OCCURS WITHIN 2 WEEKS. DELIVERY THROUGH LOCAL POST CAN TAKE UP TO 12 BUSINESS DAYS AFTER PROCESSING. A SHIPPING CONFIRMATION EMAIL WITH USPS TRACKING INFORMATION WILL BE SENT ONCE YOUR ORDER IS ON ITS WAY.

ONCE WE HAND OFF YOUR PACKAGE TO THE SHIPPING CARRIER (USPS), RESPONSIBILITY FOR DELIVERY IS BETWEEN YOU AND THE CARRIER. PLEASE CONTACT YOUR LOCAL USPS CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR ANY DELIVERY ISSUES. MAKE SURE YOU’RE AVAILABLE TO RECEIVE YOUR PACKAGE ON THE DAY IT’S EXPECTED TO ARRIVE.
